Nerf Longstrike CS-6

Introduction: Sure its cool to be have the longest and slim-est(In my opinion) gun of all. But in reality,  it should be named Garand CS-6 instead(M1 Garand rifle). It is lighter than the Longshot and has a bulkier stock. But in ranges, the old trusty Longshots win, especially when modified. It comes with 2 clip holders(in the stock) and a barrel which I suppose increases the coolness of the gun but decreases balance when aiming. comes with only 1 clip. But if you buy the Bandoiler Kit, it will look much better with clips in the side and being slung over your back(Note that the other guns, Longshot, Recon, Raider and Deploy do not look as good as the Longstrike slung behind your back, in fact I've tried doing that with the Longshot and it just kept on slipping and hitting my ankle which hurts a lot, the Raider, can't be slung over since it has the rather heavy drum clip, Recon, doesn't look good, Deploy, definitely not). Back to the Longstrike, it also comes with a flip out sight which I think it just increases coolness.

Overall size: More than 3 feet long with barrel. And probably a couple of inches longer than the Lnogshot.

How to use: It's handle points to 4 o'clock when viewed from the left side. So, its kinda hard to fire it when holding it too high. It's stock is also longer than the Longshot's, Recon's or Raider's. So it cannot be held the same way. For better balance, place the stock against your shoulder. And the normal procedures. If you feel uncomfortable holding the slanted handle so high, then maybe try to lower it.

Darts: CS=Clip-system
            Clip-system=Clip-system darts
            Clip-system darts= Streamlines
            CS guns= ONLY STREAMLINES!

Tactical Attachments: The barrel and the sight which increases coolness. It increases the weight but it is a small price to pay just to frighten your enemy.

P.S. Never leave a gun primed. Half-way or not. Or the spring will lose it's potential energy.

Nerf Vulcan EBF-25 review

Introduction: Its a heavy and static machine gun. It is 3kg with the batteries inserted inside. It comes with a tripod which makes it good for holding a position. Also, it can be fitted with a belt to improve mobility, but it also decreases manueverbility because the belt(if it is the belt which comes in the value pack) is too short for it, and therefor, it bumps into your waist when you run. It can fire up to 3 darts per second. If it doesn't, all you have to do is just change the batteries.

How to use: When holding a position, its best to lie down flat to allow the darts fired at you to hit the gun instead of yourself. It also allows you to have more manueveriblity than when you are crouching. When standing, you can either use to hook by holding it with your other hand ir you can support the barrel with the other hand. But each use has it's advantages. By holding it at the hook, you can adjust the range easily, by holding the barrel, you getto increase mobility, but it will tire you arm faster.

Darts: Works best with whistler darts. Can also use micro sonic darts. Suction darts are also able to be fitted and fired, but it won't achieve the range of the whistler darts. Streamlines are not encouraged to be used.

Tactical attachments: If you're moving, none. Its heavy enough already. If you're holding a position, then knock your self out with whatever you have.

My opinion: Flagship for everyone's Nerf arsenal.

P.S. It is OK to leave the switch on without fearing the batteries will drain because it is not like the Barricade. Though, it's safety catch is off and if anyone touches it, it will fire.

Nerf Baricade RV-10

Introduction: Its a fully fledged semi-automatic pistol any wanna-be-cop child would want. It can fire 1.5 darts a second. It does jam sometimes when fired too fast. It has a 10 dart rotating barrel. Unlike the Maverick and the Spectre, it's barrel cannot be  flipped out. Instead it has to be flipped out which I find hard to do. In uses a pinwheel system instead of being pushed out by air. It uses 3 AA batteries to opperate. It also has a jam door and a stock holder(stock not included).

Overall size: Coming soon

How to use: When you attach the stock, it looks way cooler. With the Recon's stock and the pinpoint sight, its a fully fledge M1-Garand like pistol. Place your trigger hand on the handle, but finger off the trigger or you might end up shooting the ceiling, floor or (if you're unlucky) your foot. With stock, place your other hand on the piece plastic underneath the barrel. Without stock, then you can be a cop and support it at the handle unlike the Maverick.

Darts: Every kind. Except for the streamlines which can go up to 5 feet due to the fact that it is slimmer(diameter) than the average dart.

Tactical attachments: Pinpoint sight and a color matching stock. Preferably a Recon's.

My opinion: Good for clearing a position or doing a reconaisse. A small gun which is not to be underestimated.

P.S. Try not to on the switch before going into battle or you might find that your batteries will be less powerful in future. They might also run out of electricity, so change the batteries if it is not as powerful as before. For re-using, put them into the air conditioner remote instead.

Nerf Rapid Fire AS-20

Introduction: Light machine-gun. Can fire all the darts under 3-4 seconds easily. Makes the Vulcan look like a puppy dog. To compare it with the Raider would be like comparing a leopard to a rat(being chased by a cat). It's dart socket looks like a BuzzBee Tek 10, just that it has twice the amount of sockets. It is surprisingly comfortable to mount it on your arm. It also has a dart storage chamber which can hold up to 4 darts at the sides of the gun. Originally, I don't think it was meant to be a storage chamber but with some poking around, my cousin found it. It is located at the front of the semi-sphere where there are slits to insert the darts. It requires around 25-35 pumps to fully prime it. Can reach as much distance as a Longshot. Though it might be inaccurate since my Longshot has been used longer than the AS-20 by almost a year and a half.

Overall size: Coming soon.

How to use: It doesn't have a shoulder stock, but it has a stock to support(I'm not sure if it even is a stock) your arm when mounting it. So, trigger hand on trigger. Other hand on pump to stabilize it.
When pumping, lift it until the barrel is facing upwards. Then, place your elbow on your knee, pump it using your other hand. Trigger finger should not be touching the trigger, because even if you pull a couple of millimeters, you send all your hard work of pumping(if you are dumb enough to not understand, then I will explain: it is, aka your darts) flying into the ceiling.

Darts: Suctions, Sonic Micros. The rest, coming soon.

Tactical attachments: No rail. Its not the Magstrike(AS-20's little brother) dude. Even if it is, why put on an attachment when you can't use it when the clip goes up?

My opinion: Ambushing, clearing a position and attack-the-VIP use only. Good for a huge distraction when used in pairs.(2 guys mounting AS-20s flank the group of enemies. Then let hell loose)

P.S. If you are finding it hard to pump, just try to pump and fire without darts, it will be easier to pump in future. You can also pump and leave the air in the gas tank(like streching a balloon before pumping it), but do not leave it for a long period of time, or else the tank will start to leak.

Nerf Deploy CS-6 review

Introduction: Its just a carbine-rifle type of gun. It even sounds like one. It can be transformed from a suitcase-mode into a rifle by pressing a button located at the tip of the handle, above the iron-sight(not reliable). It also has a built-in flash light. Not very cool but its better than the Recon's  targeting light in wide-beam. It's power can never outmatch a Recon, or the sniper series(Lonshot, Longstrike). Has a dart storage chamber at the front of the primer. It's jam door is close by a spring, I don't know how to describe it. But a normal CS gun's jam door will close automatically when you fully prime it, but you can also manually close it. But the Deploy's jam door will be closed automatically, so when you clear a jam(not to say that the Deploy jams a lot) you have to hold the jam door up or it will close due to the fact that it uses a spring instead of being linked to the primer. There is also a glitch in the spring jam door. You can hold the jam door open when it is half primed(cocked once) then, when you fully prime it(cock it by pushing the primer in front) the door will still be open(if you held it open the whole time).

Overall size: Coming soon.

How to use: To switch it from suitcase- , press the button on the handle, then voila, a gun in your hands(The light which faces up will turn left, and therefore exposing the barrel. The main body of the suitcase will reverse and the handle will flip down). To return to suitcase-mode, it must be done manually. You must push the light from left to up, 9 o'clock to 12 o'clock(behind's view). Then you must push a orange triangular button with a blunt tip before pushing the butt stock forward. Then when it is almost touching the handle's rubber coating(higher half of the trigger) push the butt stock slowly in order to push down the semi-quarter sphere which unlocks the trigger(so that it can be flipped up), then push it until you hear a click or until it doesn't spring back.

I think that the butt stock is kinda useless. In fact I think it just provides discomfort when you rest it on your shoulder like other guns. If it is clipped onto the belt, then it will provide even more discomfort. And it cannot be rested under the armpit like the Recon's stock(for children) because it is much bulkier and thicker than all the other stocks. Place the gun in mid-air in-front of your chest instead of touching yourself.                Place you trigger hand on the handle(wrist should touch the lower part of stock for more support, your other hand should be resting on the primer(shot-gun style). And bingo, perfect cow-boy-holding-a-shot-gun style.

Darts: Streamlines. And only streamlines(Its a Clip-System gun. What do you expect?)

Tactical attachments: Don't put any on it. Adds weight. God knows how heavy it is. With the built-in-light, batteries and clip, all in-front. Plus the extra springs which enables it to transform. Light requires 3 AAA batteries.

My opinion: Not very good. Preferably for veterans. Small, compact and heavy. Sling it over your shoulder              as a backup weapon. Considerate of Hasbro to include a belt don't you think? But it'd be better if they were a tad more considerate to decrease the prices in other countries.
